Character Biography

Like the R.I.O.T. Shock Trooper, the Commandos are recruited from various different military, mercenary, and private security firms across the world. Where the Shock Troopers make up the backbone of basic R.I.O.T. infantry, the Commandos are the elite branch of infantry, specializing in more advanced combat tactics. Fully equipped with the most advanced layered ballistic battle armor, integrated rebreathers and built-in tactical vision appliances, giving them night vision, infrared and wireless enabled communications systems allowing them to coordinate their attacks through a wide metropolitan area.

Experts at many forms of the latest military weaponry, the R.I.O.T. Commandos undergo an aggressive training regime, then go through significant conditioning in preparation for using the proprietary R.I.O.T. technology. Many Commandos rise from the Shock Trooper ranks, but many others still are personally sought out and hand selected by upper echelon R.I.O.T. leaders, specifically for their willingness and their ability to do what R.I.O.T. requires.

Along with their impressive training, each R.I.O.T. Commando is fiercely indoctrinated into the organization’s philosophy, many would argue they’re brainwashed into believing the only possible outcome is one that benefits R.I.O.T. and they are more than willing to sacrifice their bodies, and lives, to ensure the organization’s success.
