Character Biography
Before the Bulldog Brigade was even a thing, a ragtag collection of four Army Specialists who all ended up in Germany after a series of disciplinary mishaps put them on watch lists for various superior officers. All four of them were in their last tours and rather than going through the process of a dishonorable discharge, they were relegated to a military base to work out their remaining months and stay out from under foot.
Sergeant Ryan Bronski arrived on base at the personal request of Sergeant Brown for a strategic research session, and while he was in Germany, a terrorist attack shocked the world. Germany’s well known Brandenberg Gate was the site of a strike from Eastern European terrorists as bombs tore apart the peace and quiet, sending civilians scattering. Red clad operatives appeared, setting fire to the infamous city attraction.
With the local police force struggling to approach and Germany’s infamous KSK outnumbered, Sergeant Brown made the executive decision to dispatch American soldiers to the site to fight back the sudden and strange threat.
Bronski collected whoever he could find, including the four founding members of the Bulldog Brigade and brought them together, preparing to launch a counterattack against these mysterious terrorists.
With a mission in their crosshairs, the troublemakers suddenly had a purpose and listened intently to Bronski’s instructions, executing a daring evening strike against the building where the terrorists had taken hostages, threatening to set them on fire if anyone should attempt a rescue. This small team of soldiers took down the group and rescued every hostage, though unfortunately the group’s leader slipped away in the chaos.
Brown was so impressed he permanently attached the four soldiers to Bronski and allowed them to work together, and the small group honed their operations into a well-oiled machine, improving their tactics and morale. Finding a new reason to serve, the four operatives extended their tours and joined Bronski in forming a specialized combat force attached to the Army Rangers, forming the tip of the spear against terrorist insurgence.
After some time in Afghanistan, the group gained a reputation among military peers and when R.I.O.T. reared their ugly heads a few years later, General Brown immediately contacted Bronski, asking him and his Bulldog Brigade to fold into Eagle Force and start forming the backbone of Eagle Force field operations. Sergeant Bulldog, as he was now known, was only too happy to comply and to this day, Bulldog and his Brigade are the core of the operatives that serve Eagle Force on missions at home and abroad.
